Alex & Nadia have curated an ultimate paradise. From location to layout to responsiveness, no detail was spared. We loved the local recommendations and the thoughtful welcome gift. Will definitely be back the next time in the DR!
Superb Stay Feels Like Home
The worst thing about Alex and Nadia’s place is that it’s so amazing that, instead of exploring the surroundings, you just want to hang out in the apartment and enjoy their beautiful patio and pool :) The place is superb. It truly feels like home. Alex, Nadia, and the By the Sea management team went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. If you are planning to go to Playa Encuentro, stay at Brisa. You will love it as much as we did.
Super Clean & Modern
Our stay was amazing. The apartment was super clean and very nice on the inside. Very modern and nicely decorated. And and Nadia were super responsive to any question I had during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting cabarete.
Stylish place with pool and great location
That is a great place! We really liked it a lot! Nadja and Alex were very kind hosts and the place was new, had style, a pool outside and in a great location. Clear five star rating for me!
Beautiful Apartment in Encuentro Beach
We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to coming back soon. The hosts were super responsive and the apartment was beautifully decorated. We were right next to Encuentro beach where our children learned how to surf for the first time. For sure a great place to stay!
Better than the Pictures
Had a great time at Alex & Nadia’s place. The apartment is even better than the pictures show: spotless, very well equipped, and located in a very nice gated complex right by Playa Encuentro. Every detail reflects care and thought. Communication was swift throughout, and they were gracious and accommodating in allowing an extra day to our original reservation and a late check out. Could not recommend this property more, whether as a tranquil retreat, or as a perfect base for an adventure in the Cabarete-Río San Juan- Cabrera area. Thank you.
Beautifully Decorated and Incredibly Well Stocked
We were a group of three and absolutely loved this space. It’s beautifully decorated and incredibly well stocked. There was nothing we were missing during our stay. They cover all the basics and then some. We ran into a couple of minor, common DR issues, but they were addressed immediately. The team communicated very well throughout and was extremely accommodating, allowing us to arrive a bit early and stay a little later than the standard checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this unit, especially for small groups. It's peaceful and the project has a nice little common area pool with some loungers. Ample parking and the security/maintenance guys were super friendly.
Beautiful Place Close To Activities
Beautiful place. About a 12 minute walk from the beach. close to lots of great activities. Comfortable for out group of 5 girls. Lots of bathrooms! Spacious. Hosts were responsive and helpful.
